1. How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days for the USA and major countries. International orders may take 10–30 business days, depending on your location.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link.

4. What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase. Contact support@vellark.com to start a return.

5. When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is approved and received, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.
